From simon at kershaw.org.uk Sat Oct 4 16:22:20 2008 From: simon at kershaw.org.uk (Simon Kershaw) Date: Sat, 4 Oct 2008 17:22:20 +0100 Subject: Common Worship Almanac and Lectionary for 2008-9 Message-ID: <3F7267A7-EC1E-4880-B60E-9B9663DD2320@kershaw.org.uk> Common Worship Almanac and Lectionary for 2008-9 I am pleased to announce that my Common Worship Almanac and Lectionary for the year beginning Advent Sunday 2008 is now available. You can download the lectionary file from http://almanac.oremus.org/lectionary and follow the link to the 2009 files. The lectionary is available in versions that can be imported into Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal, Palm Desktop for both Windows and Mac, and other desktop calendar applications, and it can then be synchronized to PDAs, iPhones, and the like. Naturally I hope that it is free of errors, but as usual I must disclaim responsibility for the effects of any errors. My liability is limited to providing a corrected file for import, at my own convenience. Please help by notifying me of possible errors. As in previous years, I also draw your attention to another utility to generate a calendar import file containing the times of sunrise and sunset for your location. Just enter a UK postcode, and the times will be calculated especially for you! Now you can determine whether it will be dark for your Easter vigil, wherever you are in the UK, not just in London. You can find this utility at http://crucix.com/crosscal You are receiving this email because you have previously expressed an interest in receiving news about the availability of this lectionary. Should you no longer be interested then please drop me a line and I will remove your address from my list. I don't intend to sell your email address, and it will be used solely to notify you of the next lectionary or of important updates. (You can remove your name from the list or change the email address recorded for you via the web page at http://oremus.org/mailman/listinfo/lectionary-announce.oremus) Simon Kershaw simon at kershaw.org.uk -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
