Collect
Lord our God,
whose servant John of Damascus
confessed your Son Jesus Christ
as true God and true Man:
give to us grace to tell abroad
the truth of his incarnation
and the glory of his resurrection;
who is alive and reigns with you
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever. Amen.
